I've made a payment, how long will it take to clear?

If you’re paying by direct debit, it will take 2 to 3 days. If you’re paying by cheque, it can take up to 7 days for your payment to clear.

If you're paying by bank transfer, it can take up to 2 days for your payment to clear. Please make sure to always include your 8-digit agreement number as the payment reference so we can allocate your payment swiftly.

You can see when your payment has cleared by logging into MyMotoNovo online or via the app.

If you're making your last payment by direct debit, we'll cancel your direct debit once we've taken the last payment.
