Can another person talk to you about my agreement?

Under the Data Protection Act, as well as for security purposes, we can only talk to you about your finance agreement. If you need us to speak to someone else, contact our Customer Services team to nominate a third party to speak on your behalf. You can send us a message via MyMotoNovo or ring 0333 200 0030 and we'll be happy to help.

Please note that whilst we may talk to a nominated third party about your agreement, only you are able to make any changes to the agreement.
