How do I make a payment?

You can make a payment by:

• Registering and logging into the MyMotoNovo app
• Visit MoneyManager
• Calling us on 0333 200 0030
• Or by bank transfer.

Before making an online bank payment, banks use a name verification service called Confirmation of Payee (CoP) to make sure the payee details are correct and secure. To direct your funds to the correct MotoNovo agreement, please provide your bank with the following details:

• Name (the name on your agreement)
• Account number: 17906860
• Sort code: 30-80-12
• and include your 8-digit agreement number as the payment reference.

Please note that if your 8-digit agreement number is not included as the payment reference, it can cause delays allocating your payment. If a third party (e.g. a dealer) is making a payment on your behalf, please make sure they also include the 8-digit agreement number as payment reference.

If you'd prefer to pay by cheque, please make them payable to MotoNovo Finance and include your 8 digit agreement number as a reference. Post your cheque to:
